TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Orders will be processed only after the form is submitted. Strictly no cancellations of orders are allowed unless the item is out of stock or if we failed to secure it.2. DOWN PAYMENT (DP) is required to secure your order. No down payment, no securing of orders.
Note: DP is non-refundable unless the item is out of stock or we failed to secure it. If the DP is not yet paid within the required timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled and you will be marked as JOY RESERVER/BOGUS BUYER.
3. Remaining balances must be paid on or before the due date stated in your invoice. Payment reminders will be sent via email only. Please track your due dates as penalty fees will incur for late payments and cancellations.• Late Payments: A daily penalty of ₱25 will be charged for up to 10 days. If payment is not made after the 10th day, the order will be automatically canceled and you will be marked as JOY RESERVER/BOGUS BUYER.
• Cancellations: 50% of the total order price.
Note: If you need extra time for payment of your remaining balance, please inform us so we can discuss adjustments and find a fair agreement.
4. All items are for PRE-ORDER under NORMAL ETA, which typically takes 4 to 6 weeks to arrive in the Philippines after shipping from Korea/Japan. There is no fixed shipping date or cut-off, as batches are shipped once the box is full. Please order only if you are willing to wait.5. Once the batch box arrives in PH, please allow some time for orders to be sorted and packed. Only fully paid orders will be shipped out. We will only arrange shipment for your orders once the remaining balance has been settled. In cases where your order arrives before your due date, you are allowed to settle until the given date.6. No rush shipping. As a full time employee, each delivery method is scheduled accordingly based on my availability.

7. No overstaying of orders. Orders that have arrived should be picked up from our PH address within two weeks from our Arrival Notification. A ₱50 penalty will be charged per day for late pick-ups.8. The shop is only a third party purchaser. All items are sourced directly from official websites and stores. Please note that we cannot personally check each item when it arrives in our KR/JP address and will rely solely on the photos sent by our KR/JP Consolidator. If you are a sensitive buyer, do not place an order.We will not be liable for the following as these are beyond our control:
• Manufacturing/Factory defects
• Delays from manufacturers, sites or suppliers
• Delays, loss and damages from international or local couriers (LBC/Gogo Xpress)
NOTE: Proof of item condition photos will be sent before packing and shipping.
